Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Member Solutions Representative to join their client's team in California. The Member Solutions Representative plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and in person, including requests to transport collateral out of the country, CPI claims, GAP and other dealer-sold insurances, NADA values, and address updates.
• Interview customers to determine reasons for delinquency and take appropriate action to resolve accounts, which may include loan modifications or workouts. Counsel customers on their financial obligations, advise on options, and solicit payment agreements.
• Recommend further actions as necessary, such as repossession, legal action, foreclosure, or referral to a collection agency, demonstrating judgment and discretion within applicable regulations and policies.
• Ensure customer files are updated, complete, and all required documents are filed, including the completion of adverse action forms.
• Monitor and process loan payoff information, providing accurate and timely communication to dealerships, insurance companies, and all appropriate parties.
• Assist other departments and branches with transactions as needed, supporting the collections department and branch managers in fulfilling customer requests and merchant verifications.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy.

Benefits

Competitive pay range from $22.00 to $29.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
